African Crown Publishing is a Black-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit literary arts organization rooted in the Bay Area.
We exist to protect Black stories, develop writers across generations, and build lasting literary ecosystems through ethical publishing, youth education, and community-centered programs.
Support for ACP is an investment in cultural preservation, ethical creative labor, and long-term community access to storytelling.
Financial contributions help fund book production, youth education programs, author development, and community access initiatives.
Donations directly support mission-aligned programming and are tax-deductible.
We collaborate with schools, community organizations, funders, and cultural institutions aligned with our mission.
Partnerships allow us to scale responsibly while maintaining cultural accountability.
Support doesn’t always mean money.
Sharing our work, attending events, amplifying our authors, and engaging with our programs strengthen our literary ecosystem.
